You can access Afrihealth’s services by downloading our flagship product, Rigour+. From the app, you can access care by booking a consultation with a doctor, order medication online, or book an ambulance.

Once you register on Rigour+, you can start accessing premium healthcare from the comfort of your home or office.

The Afrihealth plan solves the problem of accessibility and cost of quality healthcare. We have individual plans and corporate plans across basic, standard, and premium tiers. This monthly subscription means you get monthly offers on telemedicine consultations, medication delivery, emergency responses and more.

Choose a preferred health price plan that works best for you and yours.

Go to Rigourplus for Doctors to sign up as a Rigourplus Doctor.

Click the Sign-Up button. And input your details: name, email address, date of birth, and your preferred password. You will get a mail with a code to verify your email address.

Yes and No. You can purchase over-the-counter (OTC) drugs without a prescription on Rigour+. However, there are specialized medications you need a prescription for.

To cancel an appointment, log in to your Afrihealth account, go to the “Appointments” section, and select the appointment you want to cancel. Then click on the “Cancel Appointment” button.
